All returned orders must be in brand new condition and in unopened original packaging. You must contact us to notify us of your intention to return perishable goods on the day of receipt.

We must receive all other returned items within 7 days.

At our discretion you will be refunded the value of your order less packing and postage. If it is our fault, we will do all we can to sort it out and we will refund all postage. If damaged in the post, we are not liable.

If customs take your order, you lose it.
