| The Spanish post is expensive, not very safe and very slow. That’s why we send our packages with a special courier service. But the courier just comes every two weeks. This could make the shipping of some orders take longer, but it is much cheaper and much more safe and even sometimes quicker.

We send all plants with bare and cleaned roots, with sterilized root back cut.
To send the plants inside their pot, it’s too heavy, for the purpose of transport and it’s too dangerous because the pot or the substrate could damage your plant.
However, if you like to receive your plants in the pot just tell us. But this would be at your own risk! We always recommend sending of plants without pot and substrate.
We start with the packing of your order 3-8 days after we receive your payment.
This waiting time is very important that the wounds from the cutting the roots back can dry out and heal.
Inside the EU delivery is between 7 to 21 days after we receive your payment.
The transport cost may be a bit higher and the waiting time may be a little longer but you will benefit from this.
You will receive the strongest plants that you can get for very fair prices.
